Return/Exchange Policy

  1. Due to the personal nature of the goods we sell, Secret Fern NZ cannot accept returns and/or exchange of your jewellery if you have changed your mind.
  2. We do, however, accept cancellations of your order within 24 hours (NZ Time) of your purchase, by contacting us by email or social media before the order has been shipped. A full refund will be issued.
  3. We are not responsible for improper use/care of your jewellery including accidental pulling, tugging, immersion in sulphuric water or any other corrosive liquids, cleaning with corrosive/abrasive substances/material other than the one(s) mentioned in your Jewellery Care Card.
  4. Shipping issue: We are not responsible of the non delivery of your order. We ship with NZ Post in New Zealand and overseas, they are usually quite reliable and trustworthy. We provide our NZ and overseas customers a tracking number to follow their order however we are not responsible for the handling of your order once it has left our studio.
If you have a non delivery or other shipping-related issue, please contact us by email and will try to have a look at it from our hand. 

If any doubt on how to care of your piece, also contact us beforehand at for advice. 
If an issue occurs with your jewellery (other than the ones mentioned in Part 3), please email us by explaining us the problem including as much details as you can - and/or photos/videos if needed.
We will then assess the situation from our hand and get back in touch with you as soon as possible. 
To best preserve your delicate handmade piece, please be gentle while cleaning it, and follow the guidelines in the Jewellery Care Card to ensure your piece will last a long time.
